No Alarm Clocks Please, I’m a B-Person

In what way can it be good to be regularly and forcibly awoken from sleep by a shrill noise? I despise alarm clocks. Hate them, hate them, hate them! I’ve always struggled to wake up at any early hour (ie. pre-noon) and I also always struggle to get to sleep at any meaningful hour at night. This puts me out of whack with the normal working society. What’s more, I need to sleep more than most people. Nine and a half hours minimum but preferably over ten. (read more…)

Clocks back

Last Sunday, while I was still in Ireland, clocks switched from Daylight Saving Time back to GMT, meaning I had a 25 hour day to enjoy. In North America, the change didn’t happen until today which gives me the Brucie Bonus of another 25 hour day! (read more…)

Sophie & Lauren
