Failure To Launch

I knew this was a total chick flick and I knew that it would be rubbish before I watched it but I had to see it because of the lovely Zooey Deschanel. Thankfully it was worth watching for Zooey’s performance. She was the only decent thing in the film and any scene she wasn’t in had me reaching for a pen in order to stab at my eyeballs.

Let’s not beat around the bush here. This film is bad. Really, really bad! Like most people, I can’t stand watching Sarah Jessica Parker in anything. And Matthew McConaughey is just too good looking. So praise be to goodness that Zooey is so beautiful and funny. 1 crumb out of 10.
