I’m Not There
This is a Bob Dylan biopic, of sorts. Various different actors play different characters, each embodying different stages of Dylan’s life. These characters include a black kid (with a brilliant performance by Marcus Carl Franklin) and a woman (Cate Blanchett). And one of the best actors around, Christian Bale, did a good turn as him too.

I loved all the Dylan music in the film and the concept was very interesting but I still found it quite tiresome. Maybe I’d get more from it if I knew more about Dylan’s life in a more literal sense. 4 crumbs out of 10.
